TEAM STRONG GIRLS Biweekly Progress – Viktoria S.

I’m so proud to share the progress of my beautiful Viktoria S. who came to me late last year looking to loose weight and get into better shape…and we are certainly doing that! Over the past few weeks, Viktoria’s anxiety to the scale was affecting her ability to accurately gauge her progress so…we banned her from the scale. Since the “breakup” (LOL!), the assessment of her progress was more accurate. Viktoria says, “Jenny when I looked at my Before pictures and compared them to my most updated images I can truly see the difference. I’m so thankful and happy to be working with you and being a STRONG GIRL!” As for the numbers, I actually don’t know her weight loss (because of our “breakup” with the scale. YAY!) but she has lost an awesome 4 inches off her hips and 4 inches around her belly button. She’s looking tighter and embracing healthier habits…which is the most important thing!!! Buh Bye Mummy Tummy – TEAM STRONG GIRLS Nicole R.

Diastasis Recti is defined as the separation of the rectus abdominis muscles into 2 halves and is very common with pregnant and postpartum women. To some, this is also known as “mummy tummy” and the good news is…it’s FIXABLE! A few months ago I worked with STRONG MOMMY Nicole R. who came to me looking to lean out and get into better shape. More specifically she said she “wanted to get rid of her Mommy Pooch and have a flatter stomach, definition in her abs, and a smaller waist”. Nicole says, “I came to Coach Jenny after having had 3 children in 5 years. Two years after the birth of my last baby, my pregnancies had left me with a 2 inch gap between my abdominal muscles, even after consistent exercise with a focus on building my core strength. TEAM STRONG GIRLS Katrina T.

Last week I got Katrina T. to come over for a visit so we can capture some progress photos and was she ever sizzling hot!!! This competitive Football player came to me looking to tighten up and learn some new things about nutrition and break the “dieting” mindset of avoiding certain foods. We put together a strategy with plenty of food flexibility and higher food intake to fuel this her very active lifestyle as a competitive athlete. As we made progress, we opened up even more food flexibility and freed her from “Dieting Prison”. This STRONG GIRL shredded almost 4 inches around her waist, 3 inches from her hips, and dropped 10 (insignificant) lbs and looks GORGEOUS!!! Love those abs! TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Ashley C.

I’m so proud to share the 12 week transformation of my Agency Wars client, Ashley Chu, who is looking beautiful and shredded. Holy smokes! Dedicated commitment to her training program and diet = results. Period. There’s no shortcutting your plan or your body. Most importantly, it’s not just about the looks because Miss Ashley “Don’t Give An F*** About” Chu also won her fight along with taking the prestigious honour of Agency Wars’ “FIGHT OF THE NIGHT”. Woot woot!!!    

TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Lana K.

A sneak peak of Lana K’s journey to weight loss accomplishment all the way up to her debut on the stage in Figure category where she placed 2nd in her very first show!!! This STRONG GIRL also participated in the IDFA Transformation challenge and I couldn’t help but tear when they read her story to the audience. Lana says, “Until this year I had been uncomfortable in my own skin. As an overweight child I lacked confidence, insecurity, had feelings of inadequacy, and extremely low self-esteem which led to social withdrawal. I turned to food to fill the void. Over the years, I also tried many different yo-yo diets. While I had some successes, I remained overweight and struggled with an unhealthy relationship with food. At my University graduation I was more than 220lbs. I couldn’t stand to look at myself anymore and returned to the gym. TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Joanne J.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Joanne J. (age 48, mother of 2) for the first time and I am so, so, so proud to share her journey with us. She came to us a few months ago looking to lean out and under the tutelage of Coach Kim G. who put together a strategy of consistent exercise along with eating more quality foods measured for her and her goals, this STRONG GIRL is down 21 lbs and has also lost over 23 inches. As far as the scale goes, she is the lightest she’s ever been and feels fantastic! Joanne also borrows her teenage daughter’s clothes! LOL! Love it! TEAM STRONG GIRLS Biweekly Progress

I’m so proud to share Loretta E’s awesome progress! She came to me 6 short weeks ago from Winnipeg, MB looking to lean out despite being incredibly active. Upon reviewing her questionnaire/profile, I was very impressed with her level of commitment to fitness that all we needed to do was implement more fundamental Strength Training into her program and move away from the conditioning/cardio that she was accustomed to doing. In just a few short weeks, we’ve managed to drop 11 lbs along with 2 inches around her waist, 2 inches around her hips, and 4 inches around her thighs. More importantly the visual transformation is phenomenal and we just started getting into all of the fun stuff such as emphasizing tempo and continuous tension to her muscles along with food flexibility (i.e. Free Meals, PWO Ice Cream, etc.). TEAM STRONG GIRLS Biweekly Progress – Lana K.

Here’s some Friday Motivation as we head into Olympia weekend. I’m so excited to share Lana K’s jaw dropping progress to date! She has currently dropped 20 lbs and shredded off 7 inches around her belly button and 3 inches around her hips. The best news is we are still going strong and tightening up like crazy as we prepare her for her debut on the IDFA stage in November. Even better, her last few biweekly reports have been nothing short of flawless execution. When my STRONG GIRLS embrace the fitness lifestyle and become physique conscious, it makes me so proud knowing that our work together is more than just a physical transformation. Lana came to me looking to lean out despite being incredibly active in sports, exercise, and is also a Fitness Instructor so as we began to dial everything in all of the wonderful muscle that she carries began to reveal itself. STRONG LIKE MOMMY Success Story

Another STRONG MOMMY transformation is in the books and I’m so ecstatic I was able to capture these gorgeous images of Tara D. and Baby Sloane. Tara came to me soon after Baby Sloane was born and was determined to get into the best shape of her life. Already active with her consistent workouts, we just took a more precise approach in terms of shaping her body by moving away from long bouts of high impact cardio and conditioning and moving into heavier weight training for the purpose of shaping her physique. With her nutrition program, we increased her protein and carb intake along with (more importantly) not looking at food as “good” or “bad” so I had her enjoy her FREE MEALS rather than feel guilty about it. This STRONG GIRL shed 23 lbs along with 9 inches around her waist, 5 inches off of her hips, and 6 inches off of her thighs! I love all of the incredible shape she has developed because everything about her is tiny, tight, fit, and strong! …
