TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Joanne J.

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of meeting Joanne J. (age 48, mother of 2) for the first time and I am so, so, so proud to share her journey with us. She came to us a few months ago looking to lean out and under the tutelage of Coach Kim G. who put together a strategy of consistent exercise along with eating more quality foods measured for her and her goals, this STRONG GIRL is down 21 lbs and has also lost over 23 inches. As far as the scale goes, she is the lightest she’s ever been and feels fantastic! Joanne also borrows her teenage daughter’s clothes! LOL! Love it! While I take enormous pleasure watching my girls transform, the feeling of watching my girls grow into something more than they ever imagined truly makes my job as a Coach 1000 times more rewarding. STRONG LIKE MOMMY Success Story

Another STRONG MOMMY transformation is in the books and I’m so ecstatic I was able to capture these gorgeous images of Tara D. and Baby Sloane. Tara came to me soon after Baby Sloane was born and was determined to get into the best shape of her life. Already active with her consistent workouts, we just took a more precise approach in terms of shaping her body by moving away from long bouts of high impact cardio and conditioning and moving into heavier weight training for the purpose of shaping her physique. With her nutrition program, we increased her protein and carb intake along with (more importantly) not looking at food as “good” or “bad” so I had her enjoy her FREE MEALS rather than feel guilty about it. This STRONG GIRL shed 23 lbs along with 9 inches around her waist, 5 inches off of her hips, and 6 inches off of her thighs! I love all of the incredible shape she has developed because everything about her is tiny, tight, fit, and strong! …

TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Chelsea C.

More than 1 year ago, Chelsea C. (age 16 at the time) and her mom came to looking to tighten up and create some structure with their diet and exercise regimen. Even with the extremely busy schedule of a high school student, the youngest of all of my STRONG GIRLS lost an incredible 28 lbs with me in just under 4 months including 5 inches off of her waist, 3 inches off of her waist, 9 inches off of her thighs, and 4 inches off of her arms. To this day, Chelsea’s transformation is one that I am not only extremely proud of but also holds a special place in my heart. She was one of my very original STRONG GIRLS and her story is such an inspiration because she made no excuses and just motored through her program. I am so, so, so proud of Chelsea! YOUNGEST STRONG GIRL!

TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story Wendy came to me a little more than 1 year ago looking to lean out and lose a little bit of weight. Having tried a number of different diets, we put together a program that was more realistic for her but was also aligned with her goals and we far exceeded what she was originally seeking. With her first goal of a lean, tight physique completed late last year this STRONG GIRL asked me my thoughts on competing in a Fitness Show and I said…absolutely!!! Darcy F. and I were having a conversation late last year and she asked me if it was possible have a killer bikini body by the summer time in which I responded – UMM YA!!!! TEAM STRONG ATHLETE Success Story – Tyler J.

Abs. Gotta love them. I had the pleasure of working with my dear friend Tyler J. over the last few months and am so proud of the work we’ve done. Tyler is a CrossFit athlete who originally came to me looking to put on muscle. He was eating excessive amounts of calories causing heavy bloating and just all around being uncomfortable. Muscle is a game of time. In fact, I can’t think of a process that requires more patience than muscle building. My work with Tyler was about pulling things back into a place where fitness was fun and also about learning rather than eating himself silly. A few months ago, his beautiful wife took up her hand in competing in her first Bikini show and Tyler transitioned from CrossFit to primarily Resistance Training so I took this as an opportune time to put together a strategy that did not have such a high energy expenditure by limiting his metabolic output…and lifting some really heavy weights.
