With today’s typical diet being low in nutrients and high in empty calories coupled with high levels of stress and added medication, it’s no wonder that more and more people are suffering from some kind of bloating. In addition to feeling discomfort bloating can come with every embracing symptoms such as gas or needing to go to the bathroom very quickly. So what are the most common symptoms of a bloated stomach? If your stomach protrudes outwards and you constantly feel uncomfortable because you have built up gas inside of you then this is a sign of bloating. A Quick & Healthy Snack

When you’re on the go. Don’t have your food prepared. Hungry. And just not sure what to have but know you want to stick to healthy choices. This is the snack for you! What you will need: 1 can of salmon – I use Wild Pacific Pink Salmon by Clover Leaf  1 tbsp Mayo 1 tbsp vinegar Sea sale and black pepper to taste cucumber Your favorite Kii Crisps  How to make it: mash salmon with a fork a add mayo, vinegar, sea salt and pepper and mix until combined slice cucumber top crisps with salmon spread and a slice of cucumber Enjoy!

What can I say about the gorgeous Celine who came to me dreading shopping and a goal of covering up her body every time she went out. Pumpkin Squash Turkey Ball Soup

As we’re deep into Autumn and approaching November (and Christmas! Gasp!), the weather is starting to get chillier so to keep warm I like to replace some of my meals with a warm delicious soup and my delicious Pumpkin Squash Turkey Ball Soup hits the spot! I’m definitely going to enjoy this later today 🙂 Soup Ingredients: ■ 1 tbsp olive oil ■ 1 small onion, chopped ■ 1 tbsp fresh minced ginger ■ 2 cloves garlic minced ■ 1 large pumpkin squash, peeled and cubed ■ 2 cups low-sodium vegetable broth ■ 2 cups water ■ 1/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice ■ 1 medium baked sweet potato Directions: 1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium-low heat. 2. Add the chopped onion, ginger and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 7 minutes 3. Add the squash and vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the squash is soft, about 20 minutes 4. Blend the soup in a food processor, blender or an immersion blender, in …
