With over 20 lbs lost along with 8 inches off of her thighs, 5 inches off of her hips, and 5 inches shredded from her belly button, Ana is clearly in need of some new jeans to show off her sexy, hot body! Earlier this week, my friend Coach Mark from Lean Bodies Consulting posted up this amazing illustration on the importance of following your program fully and when it’s time to make adjustments. Love this post! ================ Outcome based decision making in a nutshell.Set a plan, follow it, and assess. Getting results? Keep going! If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Not getting results? First ask yourself if you’re really sticking to the plan. If not, there is no point in changing the plan itself as it is your compliance that is lacking not necessarily the plan. Get back on plan, nail down your compliance, and reassess. If you aren’t getting results and you ARE sticking to the plan, then it is time to adjust something. There is no point in repeatedly doing something if it doesn’t work. Simple as that. – Coach Mark
