Another STRONG MOMMY transformation is in the books and I’m so ecstatic I was able to capture these gorgeous images of Tara D. and Baby Sloane.

Tara came to me soon after Baby Sloane was born and was determined to get into the best shape of her life. Already active with her consistent workouts, we just took a more precise approach in terms of shaping her body by moving away from long bouts of high impact cardio and conditioning and moving into heavier weight training for the purpose of shaping her physique. With her nutrition program, we increased her protein and carb intake along with (more importantly) not looking at food as “good” or “bad” so I had her enjoy her FREE MEALS rather than feel guilty about it.

This STRONG GIRL shed 23 lbs along with 9 inches around her waist, 5 inches off of her hips, and 6 inches off of her thighs! I love all of the incredible shape she has developed because everything about her is tiny, tight, fit, and strong!
