I am overjoyed to share the very inspirational success story of Darcy F. courtesy of TEAM STRONG GIRLS’ Coach Kim. Congratulations to the both of them for an excellent job!

I am so proud to launch my first STRONG GIRL Success Story as a photo shoot. Darcy F. and I were having a conversation late last year and she asked me if it was possible have a killer bikini body by the summer time in which I responded – UMM YA!!!!

Darcy started with me around the time I was appointed as a STRONG GIRLS Coach eager to work with me as my first client and this STRONG MOM executed her program perfectly dropping more than 15 lbs and shredding over 5 inches from her hips and 4 inches around her waist! I would say she is more than Bikini Ready!

Darcy says, “At 36 years old this is the best I’ve ever felt in my whole life! I’m stronger, leaner, healthier, and happier! The day of my photo shoot was one of the top 3 best moments of my life!

When I started this program I was unsure if I was able to commit to a rigid diet but after 2 weeks of figuring out Food Prep I loved all of my food and loved the fact that I no longer had to think about what to eat.

I was in awe of Kim’s transformation and when I learned she was going to be a Coach, I jumped at the chance to work with her. From start to finish Kim has made this process incredibly easy and enjoyable. She always listened to my concerns or questions and came up quickly with solutions that always worked for me. Everytime I checked in with her she prescribed what my body needed and adjusted my program to the exact science for my body! She was a miracle worker.

At 36 years old, married for 10 years with an 8, 5 and 3 year old, I am truly the happiest I’ve ever been and feel that my future is nothing but exciting at this point!”

What touched me and my team the most was how emotional Darcy became at her photo shoot when Vince simply asked how the process was. Tears of joy almost smeared some of her gorgeous make-up. LOL!

I am so proud of what we accomplished and this isn’t the end. This STRONG MOM might just want to see how much more we can achieve…stay tuned!
