Not getting results?
First ask yourself if you’re really sticking to the plan. If not, there is no point in changing the plan itself as it is your compliance that is lacking not necessarily the plan. Get back on plan, nail down your compliance, and reassess.
If you aren’t getting results and you ARE sticking to the plan, then it is time to adjust something. There is no point in repeatedly doing something if it doesn’t work.
Simple as that.
