My thoughts on being following an unrealistic, miserable, and/or torturous dieting techniques…

For everybody that says you absolutely have to do double day cardio, eat no carbs for weeks on end, that you have to take clenbueterol and/or diuretics, that you have to train abs every day to get abs, that you have to stay consistent on an extremely low calorie intake for months straight, and that dieting has to be miserable just to drop body fat…here’s to you.
