What an amazing experience it was to work with TEAM STRONG GIRLS Jennifer S. She came to me a few months ago looking to address bloating issues and find a better way to get into shape with a program that worked with her various food sensitivities.
Previously relying on cardio based work, we put together a program consisting primarily of Resistance Training, HIIT for cardio, and (most importantly) a diet calculated for her and her goals.
Upon every biweekly check-in, this STRONG GIRL kept getting smaller, leaner, stronger, and tighter. Her compliance to the program resulted in a total weight loss of 25 awesome lbs along with shedding 10 inches off of her thighs, 5 inches around her belly button, and 5 inches around her hips. Most importantly, she feels amazing!!!
