Cardio, The Treadmill, and Fat Loss…

With a Fitness Project fast approaching, I say hello to the treadmill. 

While I don’t stray too far away from being photo shoot ready, I pick up the intensity with my Resistance Training and I tighten up my diet with a reduction in regular carb intake along with utilizing the treadmill regularly for a few short weeks to really tighten up my physique. Throw in some refeeds, carb and water loading/cutting tricks and I’m photo shoot ready.

This photo is boring. The treadmill is boring. Writing about cardio is boring. 

Optimize your diet, hit the weights hard, mix in some metabolic work, and use cardio as a “VERY LAST RESORT” for your fat loss goals – It’s just a “top up”.

Yawn. So boring.
