It is an honour to stand with 99 of my fitness sisters in the Inside Fitness Magazine Hot and Fit 100 which is available on newsstands today. I am extremely proud to, not only have been selected amongst some of the very best in the industry, but to be featured in the TOP 10. What an honour.
