At the beginning of 2013, the first transformation success story I showcased belonged to TEAM STRONG GIRLS Arlene JB (age 40, #StrongMom to 2, and Fitness Fanatic). We worked together for an extremely compliant 12 weeks resulting in 16 lbs (128 lbs to 112 lbs) off of the scale. This STRONG GIRL also lost 4 inches around her waist, 3 inches around her hips, 4 inches around her thighs, and 3 inches around her arms.
My development and knowledge as a coach comes from working with a variety of different people, with different lifestyles, and different goals. When Arlene and I first worked together we didn’t strategize long term planning or flexibility so when she contacted me a few months ago because to help her tighten up for a family trip to Australia, we got to work on some new things that she never thought possible on a fat loss diet.
Instead of brining her own food to family events on the weekends, she got to enjoy it. Instead of rice cakes after a workout, she was able to eat ice cream. Instead of feeling like she was on a restriction diet, she was able to portion responsibly and guilt free. Instead of training for hours on end, output was much shorter and effective. The results? All the same physically but now she is completely armed with the confidence to navigate herself around food choices and life in general.
Arlene says, “I’m so happy I did this but this time around, the 3 months just flew by with all of the flexibility. People around me couldn’t believe what I was eating while on a diet!”
We even managed to take a few pictures before she sizzles up the Australian beaches in a few days with her sexy bikini body! Looking SO, SO, SO HOT Arlene!!!
