Okay this is only kind of a #TBT. I was going through some of my older photo shoots and stumbled upon an shot I did with a Kettlebell a little over 2 years ago. I realized I replicated this pose with the same Kettlebell for a shot just recently and decided to line them up to see if there was any visible difference in my physique throughout the years.
After greatly decreasing my conditioning/metabolic work, more volume training and heavier weights, and more flexibility with my diet (and certainly more food), this is my one and only progress comparison photo.
The truth of the matter is I don’t track any of my progress and just rely on the mirror to tell me if I’m eating too much or too little. If I have a personal project, I take up training intensity and play around with my macros for a few weeks. For the most part, my approach is really about a lifestyle of enjoying the gym, trying out different training techniques, and eating within my means. It is, however, nice to see some progress especially without having a real focus on changing my physique.
So for those that have asked if I have ever done a “before and after”…here it is 🙂
