TEAM STRONG GIRLS Success Story – Tanya B.

Yesterday I got to watch my client, Tanya B. (age 29, Mother of 2), do something she never thought possible – compete in an OPA sanctioned Bikini contest.

10 months ago she came to me to lose some weight and get into better shape because despite being consistent with cardio and a Paleo-styled eating structure, she just wasn’t giving her the results she was seeking. She also frequently suffered from low energy in the evenings.

We reached those goals (and then some!) and, at that point, Tanya looked unbelievable! With so many of her STRONG GIRL teammates taking their fitness levels to another level by competing, this STRONG MOM gave it a shot too so we went back to the drawing board and strategized another game plan. Tanya got up on stage and looked beyond spectacular!!!

Tanya says, “Jenny I want to thank you so much for everything. You helped bring out a whole side of me I never even knew I had. I feel so proud of myself for getting up on stage.”

The physical transformation of my clients is extremely satisfying to me as a coach but when their confidence and their own belief in themselves also transforms and I help them achieve something they never even imagined, then I know I’ve done my job completely.

As for the numbers, Tanya lost more than 25 lbs and an incredible 7 inches around her waist. To sweeten the pot, she even added a 1/2 inch around her biceps.

I even received a text message from this STRONG GIRL this morning saying the following – “Jenny I want to put on more muscle for my next phase.”
