The definition of a SUPPLEMENT is “a thing added to something else in order to complete or enhance it”.
To me, the best supplement to use to speed up progress in your fat loss journey is a GREAT SUPPORT system. There is no secret powder or mystery pill that will magically help you lose fat but having the support of friends, family and/or loved ones will absolutely make the process exponentially easier. And quicker!
If the current people in your life are not supportive of your journey (or are just a plain distraction), the best course of action is to avoid them like the plague until you reach your goal. If you want to make it easy, it’s that simple. Remember it’s YOUR goal. Not anyone else’s nor do you need to explain it.
