TEAM STRONG GIRLS biweekly progress – Gail R.

I’m so excited for my client Gail R. She is progressing very quickly and has now reached her goal of obtaining that coveted “vertical line” down her mid-section. I have to point out that Gail’s progress was NOT quick at the beginning but with consistency and hard work she is tight, lean, and feeling amazing! It’s not a race. It’s a journey. 

5 inches off her waist, 4 inches off her thighs, and 3 inches off of her waist – just awesome. 

This STRONG GIRL is tightening up with plenty of food, limited cardio, along with some ice cream after her workouts, and a few meals of her own choice. 

Gail says, “I just finished my workout and decided to take another selfie and voila! There they were! The ‘vertical ab lines’ that I’ve been dreaming of. I’ve continued to tighten up and I’ve gotten more defined. I think I’m almost, if not already, at my physical goal.

It’s bittersweet thinking that I might be nearing the end of my journey with you but you have no idea how much you’ve helped change my life! It’s unreal!”

Gail understands that fat loss doesn’t overnight but once she found her groove, everything kept getting better and better. We still have a few more weeks to go and I can’t wait to reveal her full transformation.
