On Saturday October 19, 2013 in Cobourg, ON, my client Janine H. competed in her very first competitive Bikini contest. She competed in Tall Class with 10 other amazing women, which was the largest line up of her category. This STRONG GIRL placed 2nd and there was only 1 point separating her and the winner who also ended up winning the Overall. She also came 2nd in Masters category taking home 2 trophies for the evening. 

A few months ago, we started working together because she wanted to lose some weight. This girl worked so hard at such a small request and got tremendous results because of her dedication. Naturally I had to encourage her to do more and, somehow, we ended up deciding to compete…something she never thought she would ever do.

I am so proud of her. She looked flawless and also looked like a seasoned competitor. I am beyond proud.

If you ask her, she’s still a little shocked at how this all transpired but she is so motivated to see what else she can do. We have qualified for the Provincial Championships next year and she is going to rock that stage once again!
