Fat loss and the importance of establishing behaviours

Fat loss STARTS with healthy behaviours such as nutritional structure, controlled serving sizes, no guilt on your scheduled FREE MEALS, consistently being active with your workouts, not overindulging or being gluttonous with your food or drink, and not checking the scale every day or after every meal. 

Long term, maintainable, and sustainable fat loss does NOT happen BEFORE these behaviours are put into place.

Fat loss happens AFTER these behaviours become routine over time (i.e. Many weeks and months. Not days.).
