Dieting, goal setting, and peer pressure.

Everybody sets out different goals for themselves and when it comes to fitness and dieting, there will always be someone in your circle(s) to not fully grasp or comprehend what you’re trying to achieve. In fact, social settings are probably where things go awfully wrong and off of plan being surrounded by friends and family members.

It will be difficult to stay the course under normal circumstances but additional pressure will be even more tough. This is where your character and resolve will be tested.

Peer pressure is the toughest test of your commitment to your goals and if you want to succeed, you have to lay the ground rules on how people treat you or make you feel while dieting. If you absolutely, positively want to succeed…you will not allow others to make you feel guilty for your goals.
