I recently had the pleasure of working with TEAM STRONG GIRLS athlete May R. (age 42, business owner, and SuperMom to 3 Divas). For years she struggled to lose the “baby weight” despite trying countless workouts and diets. May came to me with a “wish list” of what she wanted to accomplish (lol! I loved reading it!) and we went to work.
May says, “When I hired Jenny I wanted i) flatten my stomach and get rid of my muffin top, ii) leave some boobs, and iii) give me some sexy muscle and round out my booty. Check, check, and check. She waved her magic wand went to work. At first everything seemed to move slowly but with patience, determination, and consistency I lost 12.5 lbs and 5.5 inches around my waist (which is a lot because I’m only 5 ft tall). This is the smallest and most fit I’ve ever been since having my children.
Everything I thought I was doing correctly with regards to getting fit was wrong! I was training way too long, living off protein shakes and protein bars, and none of that worked! Now my clothes fit better, I’m stronger, I have more energy, and I sleep better!
I’m usually a private person and never thought of sharing my story or “before and after” photos but if it motivates another Super Mom or Super Dad to improve their health, then I’m all for it.”
The thing I am most proud of when it comes to May is, not only did she profoundly change her physique, but her self-confidence is through the roof! I’m so proud of this STRONG GIRL and can’t wait to share more of her story.
May also adds, “If you work with Jenny, buy the tiniest bikini possible because she’ll make you fit into it!”
