TEAM STRONG GIRLS biweekly progress

I love when my clients stop by my place to say hello so I can asses their progress. Kim G. is looking so good that we just had to pull out the camera and do some update photos and compare it to her “Before” picture for assessment.

All I can say is WOW. I had to look back on some of her old emails to see how far we’ve actually come since we began our journey together.

When we started she wrote, “Hi Jenny, for me this isn’t about prepping for a contest or anything like that. It’s been about getting into the best shape of my life so that I can model a healthy/fit lifestyle for my kids. I do think I can still tighten up more and lose a few more pounds, seeing your post today on FB of the client who started at 152lbs and went down to 132 lbs tells me that I started at 154 lbs and am down to 140 right now…if you can drop that even more then you’re an angel.”

That was last December. She’s currently 136 lbs, holds significantly more muscle, is continuing to tighten up like crazy, eats a wide variety of foods, kicks butt in the gym, and is now prepping for her first show in November. Most importantly, her kids are eating healthy and being active. Also the scale isn’t important to her anymore.

I also get constant messages from other clients about Kim telling me how much of an inspiration she is to them.

Super Mom. Team Strong Girls. First time competitor. Role model. Inspiration.

I’m a happy coach.
