It doesn’t matter how great your program is, it doesn’t matter how knowledgeable your coach is, it doesn’t matter how scientific it is, and it doesn’t matter how much information you think you know about dieting.

If you really want to achieve your fitness goals, you have to CONSISTENTLY FOLLOW THE PROGRAM.
