Over the last few weeks, I have been beaming with pride watching my client Kathy F. completely transform both inside and out. We’ve been working together for a little while now and since she reached her fitness goals with very little difficulty, this STRONG GIRL and SUPERMAMA decided to go the extra mile and challenge herself more – get up on stage, compete, and strut her stuff!

I am so proud to be a part of her journey because it’s not just about the physical transformation (even though that part is secured because she is SMOKING HOT!), it’s also about her spiritual transformation. I watch her social media posts often and see her self confidence shine – that is what I’m most proud of and this is the transformation that I love seeing!

Kathy says, “I am ecstatic to have found you Jenny. You made what seemed like an outrageous and impossible goal seem completely attainable. I would never have believed it until you said it was possible. I can feel that this transformation isn’t just about my body but more from within because I’ve been changing in ways I never thought possible.

I walk with my head high rather than facing my feet, I am not afraid to smile at strangers, I am saying “no” to toxic people and situations, and most importantly I see my kids making healthier choices and telling me they are proud of me. That is the icing on the cake (that I don’t need to eat)!”

I can’t even express how much I just loved writing this post and can’t wait to see Kathy shine on stage in November.
