TEAM STRONG GIRLS biweekly progress

Hailing from the Bay Area in San Francisco, Team Strong Girls Jackie Javier and our incredible journey thus far was just recently featured on Steven J.Wong’s Anti-AgeMe page/documentary. This SUPERWOMAN makes me beam with happiness every time she checks-in with her progress and updates.

Jackie is 51 years old, a cancer survivor, a humanitarian, and an inspiration as she continues to take charge of her health and her life. Committed to building the STRONGEST version of herself she is down more than 17 lbs, has lost 6 inches around her waist, 4 inches around her hips, and 4 inches around her thighs by changing her approach to eating (more food and carbs) and training (less cardio). I don’t forecast any more movement with the numbers but the visual transformation is outstanding!

Jackie says, “My weight isn’t changing but I feel tighter, stronger, and look smaller. You were right in saying the measurements and weight wouldn’t move much more but I can definitely see it in the mirror! I’m having to buy clothes that are size 0 or 2. I’ve given away so many of my old clothes and it’s hard to find these small sizes. Friends have noticed and people have come up to me at the gym saying I’m such an inspiration in helping them change the way they eat and approach fitness. It felt so good to hear this.”

It goes without saying that this is one of the most cherished and beloved stories in my life and I’m so honoured and blessed to be a part of her journey.

I wish I could be of more help in her quest to find these tiny clothes for her 🙂
