TEAM STRONG GIRLS biweekly progress

My client, Gail R. (age 30), started working together a little over 2 months ago and her goal was to tighten up her mid-section and love handles. Even though she trained regularly and ate only 2-3 meals a day, she wasn’t getting the results she was looking for.

We put together a strategy that had her eating more food, more carbs, and less cardio and less metabolic work. Gail stayed consistent and focused with her new program despite thinking her progress was slow. Upon her last check-in she echoed the same sentiment but I knew that wasn’t going to be the case and reassured her great things were just around the corner.

A few days later Gail says, “Jenny I just wanted to show you my progress. I was surprised at the change! You weren’t kidding when you said my body was ready to respond to the program. Wowee! This definitely makes me want to crush my workouts even more!”
