TEAM STRONG GIRLS biweekly progress

My client, TEAM STRONG GIRLS Dana C., came to me looking to get more fit and to also get healthier in her nutrition choices. 

So after only 6 weeks, this SUPERMOM has completely changed her lifestyle with brand new habits that are healthier in choice and crushing her workouts with her new gym membership. All of this has resulted in Dana losing 10 lbs and also 4 inches around her waist. She is getting tighter and tighter…and we’re still going!

Dana says, “I feel great and feel like I’m getting stronger every day! I love the gym workouts and now can do the same from home. 

I also feel like I succeed every day in my plan and am in total control of social situations because a million times a day my kids or my friends say, “Have a bite of this” or “Try This” or “Have some ice cream” and I just say “NO”. 

I also used to have so many stomach issues with the way I used to eat but not since I started with this plan. I haven’t had any issues since.”

New body. New lifestyle. New outlook. The only issues I see this SUPERMOM having is how will she hide that sexy mid-section?
