Fat loss is never, ever fast enough. No matter how many times we look at the scale or take our measurements, the numbers don’t decrease at the pace we would like it to.
When I receive emails of panic because of slow progress, I always have to remind my clients that this is a biological process and it takes time for our bodies to adjust to the right foods and the workouts. 2 weeks is NOT long and is certainly not a reasonable amount of time to expect drastic changes.
The human body cannot physiologically change overnight. Changes happen over time. Also if you don’t carry a lot of body fat, the process is even slower because the leaner you are, the more challenging it is get more lean.
The key is to stay consistent, to stay compliant, and to stay focused.
Slow progress is better than no progress.
