How long will it take to reach your fitness goals?

Forecasting fat loss is NOT quantifiable. 

The one question that many of my clients ask me is – “How long will it take me to get to my fitness goal?”

My answer is – “IT’S NEVER GOING TO BE FAST ENOUGH”

The truth of the matter is fat loss is a biological process. Some people have more to lose. Some people have less. Some people respond right away. Some people take a little longer. 

The only constant variable with any successful transformation story is “IF YOU’RE COMPLIANT WITH YOUR DIET AND YOUR WORKOUTS, EVERYTHING ELSE WILL FALL INTO PLACE.”

Enjoy the process. Learn more about yourself and what you’re willing to do to reach your goals. Test your willpower. Push yourself farther than you ever have. Stay strong. Stay compliant.

If all of the above is adhered to, then success will be soon to follow. This is the only thing I can guarantee.
