My 2 Cents On Evolution…

Continuous evolution is a natural progression as human beings on this planet. From cell phones, to computers, to how we send and receive information, to how we travel and how far, and to what we see and how we see it. Technology advances in so many ways at such a rapid pace.

However I feel very strongly in saying there is one thing that we should never evolve from – REAL FOOD!

In the Western World, we are all eating so much food and food ingredients that is created in laboratories instead of naturally grown. Technology is evolving so fast that we almost never even question what it is we eat or drink anymore.

It all comes down to personal responsibility in checking those food labels and choosing what we eat. The information is out there and it’s very important not to trust the marketing of the food industry because there are very little regulations with how food is advertised (“healthy”, “low fat”, “fat free”, “gluten free”, “no sugar”…all bullcrap and almost all toxic). If we choose to advance our society with science, we have to be accountable for how we live in it.

It’s very difficult to know how our bodies respond to environmental toxins, different types of stresses, and the massive amounts of chemicals we consume and use on a daily basis that illness/disease can strike almost anyone at anytime. Cancer is an sickness of modern times.

Be a part of the positive change in doing a little more research in understanding some of the ingredients that you and your loved ones eat. Choose organic fruits and vegetables and grass-fed meats when possible. Drink more fresh water than beverages from cans.

Human Beings, from a biological standpoint, should always stay deeply rooted to nature.
