Every day you stay on plan is progress regardless of movement on the scale or measurement changes. Staying compliant (prepping your meals, saying ‘no’ to things you shouldn’t be eating, getting in all of the foods you should be eating, getting in all of your workouts, and being patient with the process) is also progress because of the long term, positive habits you are building for the future – and that is a HUGE SUCCESS!
It’s not just about being proud when you get to your goal, it’s also about being proud of every little step you took to get there.
If you stay on plan, everything else will fall into place.
