Fat loss is a mental game.
Anyone (and almost everyone) has attempted to try a fat loss program. This is the initial challenge of getting your workouts in and changing up the way you eat. After a few days or weeks, the vast majority of people will drop off from their program only to revert back to their old habits and, possibly, start the whole unsuccessful cycle some time again in the near future.
But the ones that stay strong and committed and get past the initial challenge enter a whole new game – the mental challenge! The mental challenge is, by far, the most difficult part of fat loss program. It is staying focused when your mind is saying to anything else but that. It is continuing to go on when people around you are telling to just give in. It is pushing forward when everything (and everyone) around you just says to stop.
Fat loss is more of a mental challenge than physical one – Once you CONTROL YOUR MIND, you can CONQUER YOUR BODY.
