The Perfect Diet

An amalgamation of numerous messages or emails I receive:

“Coach JVB, what is the best way to eat to get shredded abs and be healthy? Can you please send me your client’s plan so I can follow it too?

– There is no single, perfect way to eat. In other words, there is no such thing as a “perfect diet” or a “perfect plan”. If there was, we would all be eating the exact same thing and every single one of us on the planet would be looking pretty darn fantastic every single day…forever.

When I construct a program it is based on the individual. I analyze their goals, health, nutrition history, fitness levels, lifestyle, food sensitivities, and a few other factors. It is a program constructed based on science, experience, and what I feel is best for the individual through very thorough information that I’ve gathered. Everything is DIFFERENT on a case-by-case basis because we are all different.

Remember just because someone got results from eating a specific way doesn’t mean you’ll get the exact same results.

(I’m not even going to fully address the second part of that question and, yes, I get it a lot.)
