Muscle Growth and Females

Ladies, this is one of the slowest natural events…ever. Watching paint dry is exponentially faster than muscle growth on a female. So why is this?

Generally speaking, the vast majority of us do not have the testosterone levels that our men counterparts do, therefore, female muscle growth is a game of patience – a whole lot of patience. 

It also requires the right amount of science behind it – a lot of resistance training (WEIGHTS!), the correct amount of calories, the highest quality of protein sources, the right amount of carbs, the right types of fats, vitamins and minerals, and throw in some of the right supplements…spread out over the course of many, many months and/or years!

That being said, I assure you the following will NEVER happen:

“I don’t want to build too much muscle…”
“I don’t want to get too big…”
“I want to have more shapely arms and legs in 5 days…”
“I want bigger shoulders by next week…”
“I want my calves bigger before my big event…”
“Can I make my butt rounder by Thursday?”
etc, etc, etc….

Patience and doing everything correctly is the best way to achieve Muscle Growth on females. 

(I assure you it’s worth having)
