What is the biggest distraction when trying to diet?

One of the biggest distractions in trying to see your fitness or fat loss goals to fruition is, unfortunately, friends and/or family.

When setting out a goal for yourself it is…FOR YOURSELF. NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE.

As Erik and Coach Mark from LBC says, it is important to set boundaries with people and for yourself. Create an environment that is geared for success.

“NEVER LET WHAT OTHER PEOPLE EXPECT FOR YOU, DICTATE WHAT YOU EXPECT FROM YOURSELF”

– once you reach your goal, by all means show off your “hot new body” to anyone and everyone
