When a client starts working with me, I begin analyzing their profile and some have a hard time letting go of past habits. Habits that have lead to unwanted weight gain or health issues.
The key to pushing forward and succeeding in your goals isn’t about a magical program or a new secret workout. It’s also about embracing new ways to do things because the old ways aren’t working anymore. You cannot be the ‘new person’ you want to be by defaulting to antecedent behavior.
