Sculpting is one of the oldest forms of art and can be traced back to over hundreds of years. From its inception, artifacts have shown the evolution of this art form from simple shapes to more complex forms of 3 dimensional art.
This art form involves CONSISTENCY and, most importantly, PATIENCE. It involves the process of chipping away at a material such as marble, stone, wood, or ceramics. By applying too much power into the process, the material will most likely crack and the sculpting artist will have to start over again.
Sculpting the body is no different than sculpting away at material. CONSISTENCY and PATIENCE will always be a SUPERIOR way to strategize your fat loss versus applying sheer force through dieting or working out.
Too often I hear people start on an insane training program or unrealistic dieting approach that never amount to any substantial progress and almost always leads to completely abandoning the whole venture a few weeks later. Does that sound familiar? I personally know a lot of people that do this over and over (and over) again.
The human body is a living organism and just like marble, if you apply too much force too often and too fast, you’ll crack it and will have to start all over again.
When it comes to fat loss, consistency will always triumph over sheer force.
