Client Progress Picture – Kim Giles

Client Progress Update

My client, Kim Giles (age 35, mother of 2), hired me to help her with her fitness goals. Prior to working with me, she followed a “NO CARB AND HEAVY CARDIO” diet for a few months after giving birth to her youngest child. 

Kim expressed her concern following this program as it certainly didn’t look, and more importantly, didn’t feel HEALTHY. She wanted to be a role model for her children and was seeking an alternative. First of all – CONGRATULATIONS KIM FOR IDENTIFYING THIS! 

I restructured her program to include carbohydrates and the right fats in her nutrition plan along with an efficient (and effective) training program to regulate her system. Despite the addition of substantially MORE FOOD and even much LESS CARDIO work, Kim dropped 7 lbs and lost 2 inches around her waist. These numbers are irrelevant to the visual changes and…those ABS!

I am continuing to work with both Kim and her husband Jamie. Watch out for a “HUSBAND/WIFE” shoot with this Power Couple!
