I love illustrations like this!

What you do to yourself on the outside (with nutrition and your fitness activity) is a reflection of what is going on in your insides.

Are you a well oiled machine, operating at optimal levels, always making improvements in performance? Or are your insides eroding, constantly trying to repair itself (and eventually about to fall apart)?
