The youngest TEAM JVB success story – Chelsea C.

TEAM JVB Success Story

Easily my youngest client and one that I hold very near and dear to my heart. This is Chelsea C. (age 16, yes 16!) and I am so proud to show off her transformation with me. She lost an incredible 28 lbs in just under 4 months of working together (and we’re not done yet).

Other stats include: 5 inches off of her waist, 3 inches off of her waist, 9 inches off of her thighs, and 2 inches off of her arms. Wowee!

Her mother Delmyra (also another TEAM JVB success story) came to me in September looking for options to help Chelsea lose some weight that she had gained through infrequent eating. There is a lot of empty calories in food these days and our younger generation is so prone to eating it unknowingly (I’ll be ranting on the garbage that the food industry sells us very soon).

So, as a team, I constructed a customized fitness and nutrition program for the both of them completely changing their eating habits (more frequent eating with the clean food) and increasing their activity. The results, obviously, speak for themselves and an extra congratulations has to go out to Chelsea for being able to avoid high school cafeteria food AND peer pressure by staying on plan! I’m so proud!

Look at how tiny Chelsea is now (I can’t stop smiling)! I am so honoured to have worked with a Mother and Daughter team and can’t wait to show off their next phase with me in a few months – some strength and muscle building! 🙂

Go Chelsea!!! I’m so (so, so, so) proud to have you on TEAM JVB!
