Words can’t express how proud I am of my mother and daughter team, Delmyra and Chelsea Consul, for losing a total of 53 lbs!

Almost 16 weeks ago, Delmyra approached me to help her daughter lose some weight from eating the wrong foods that today’s teenagers are exposed to. When we first chatted and decided to move forward in helping Chelsea, Delmyra decided she wanted to lose some weight too and support her daughter.

The individual results? Simply outstanding – Delmyra (Realtor, age 39) lost 25 lbs and Chelsea (Student, age 16) lost 28 lbs. 

In addition to staying compliant with their nutrition and fitness programs, the both of them went out of their way to work with me at my Conditioning Classes and every week I saw them they kept getting smaller and more and more fit!

Chelsea needs special recognition for staying on her nutrition plan despite the typical peer pressure of high school and (gasp!) awful cafeteria food! Chelsea truly showed the commitment of someone beyond her years for staying steadfast. I’m hearing her high school teachers are wondering what she’s been doing to get into fabulous shape? I love it!

And how can I not mention Delmyra being a mother truly loving her daughter by supporting her (and joining her) and making it a weight loss journey together? I just loved hearing the compliments she received about now looking exactly the way she did in high school! How awesome is that?

Again word can’t express how proud and honored I am to have coached them through and have them on TEAM JVB!
