JVB Fitness and Nutrition – 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

10 plus years of loving fitness has lead me down some very interesting paths. I’ve tried so many different ways of training – some good, some great, some stupendous, some bad, and some just completely useless.

I’ve also studied nutrition and tried many things for myself with, again, some good results, some amazing results, some outstanding results, and some completely not worth mentioning.

I have also learned from the most knowledgeable (and best, in my opinion) individuals on the planet that specialize on the topics of fitness and nutrition…and I still continue to learn as much as I can from them today.

In the end, I’ve put together protocols for my clients based on experience (my own and other experts in the field), trial and error, and a continued passion to learn more and more…and more.

Which has brought me to today – MY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY OF STARTING “JVB FITNESS AND NUTRITION” (I actually had only 1 client this time last year. LOL!).

Thank you to all of my clients that believed in me and my colleagues that mentored me. You’re all my inspiration.

Can’t wait to see what 2013 brings…
