If I was stuck on a deserted island, what supplement would I choose to have with me?

One of the things that I am frequently asked by my clients is what supplement I would choose to use if I could only select one? With countless of options out there (such as Protein Powder, Glutamine, Pre-Workouts, Vitamins, and Fat-Burners), the choice is a difficult one.

So after much internal debate, I narrowed it down to two supplements and FINALLY choosing Super Greens Supplements as my absolute number one choice. This was a tough call as it narrowly edged out my beloved Fish Oils. I also prescribe (and follow myself) complete nutrition plans so I know I can get just about everything my body needs from real food…except for all of the magic from Greens.

So the question is, “Why Greens?” Greens are super rich in chlorophyll, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. I just love chlorophyll and studies show this gift from nature assists in the growth of new skin cells, repairs damaged cells, and removes toxins from the body. I repeat – “removes toxins from the body”.

Other Greens benefits include disease fighting properties such as reducing the risk of cancer and cardiovascular disease as well as increased energy, stamina, and endurance.
