A few weeks ago, 3 determined individuals from Northern California hired my team to help them prepare for the 2013 NPC Conta Costra Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure and Bikini contest. 

For (my big cuz) George Santos, Gil De Vera, and Jacqueline Vargas this has been something they have all dreamed about but didn’t know where to start. I feel honored to be a part of their journey in accomplishing a life long goal – to step on stage with other top competitors in their class and to push their personal limits of commitment and hard work in building and presenting their ‘best ever’ physiques.

Nothing inspires me more than individuals committed to their goals.
