I’ve received many inquires on what exercises to do for strong shoulders and how many times to train them. I, personally, train my shoulders 1x/week but really put it through a workout that is longer than most usually prescribed by Strength Training experts.
My rationale for this is the shoulders are one of the few muscles in the body that stand out even when you’re wearing clothes and nothing creates a better illusion of an “hourglass” shape than some “Strong and Sexy” shoulders (making the waist look even smaller).
