Last week I decided to switch things up from the gym and do some functional training with Coach G over at Kombat Arts.
Again I don’t normally train like this but it is always good to confuse your muscles to stimulate new growth and tire training can add a new dimension to your program. After I was done, my muscles that normally aren’t targeted in the weight room, really took a beating. If you’re looking for a serious full-body workout, this is it!
** Now before any of you start trying to flip a truck tire or attack the tire with a sledgehammer, please work with a TRAINING SPECIALIST that is qualified on these types of advanced movements. I recommend someone with a CSCS designation (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) **
