This was my leg workout yesterday – I should have worn shorts my legs were on fire and the sweat was dripping…silly me! I’m waddling like a duck today lol!
Try this workout and let me know how it goes!*Warm up on the treadmill for 10 minutes (3.5 speed, 6.5 incline) then stretch*
1. Squats 4X12
2. Leg Press 4X10
3. Leg Extenstions 4X20
4. Lunges 4X20 (Alternating legs)
5. Leg Curls 4X16
6. Step ups 4X15 (Each leg)
Stretch more and be sure to have your post-workout shake for recovery!

Send me a message for off-season. It’s a critical time for Figure competitors to build up weaker bodyparts and balance out the physique for presentation purposes. This protocol is very, very different than being 12-16 weeks out from the show.
