Thanksgiving wrapped up in a sweet protein treat!
1 cup water or almond milk
2-3 ice cubes
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup canned (unsweetened) pumpkin puree
1/3 cup 2% evaporated milk
1 packets of Stevia or 1 tbsp honey
Cinnamon (to taste)
Nutmeg (to taste)
Blend for 15-20 seconds and enjoy!
