Happy Monday Training!!!

Monday often signifies “Day 1” of a person’s training program and, in most gyms across North America, it is the busiest day of the week and males are training chest. This is why I titled Monday’s as “Universal Chest Day”. LOL!

To keep my workouts efficient, I train my legs on Monday because nobody else seems to. What are you training?
